Mine Baseball 60-Day Wood Bat Warranty
Effective January 1, 2026Mine Baseball stands behind the craftsmanship, durability, and performance of every bat we produce. Our bats are made from carefully selected premium woods and finished using proven turning and stabilization techniques designed to maximize performance and longevity. Because wood is a natural material, breakage can occur under normal use.
To support our players, Mine Baseball offers a 60-Day Wood Bat Warranty on eligible bats.
Unless otherwise noted, Mine Baseball will repair or replace one bat per purchase if breakage occurs within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided the bat has been used and cared for according to the guidelines outlined below. Failure to follow these guidelines will void this warranty.
Hitting Guidelines
Hit with the Mine Baseball logo facing up or down at contact
Make contact within 1 inch of the end of the barrel
Strike the ball 90 degrees to either side of the logo
Contact outside the approved hitting area may result in damage and will void the warranty
Visual evidence of improper contact, misuse, or poor care will automatically void the warranty.
Prohibited Use
- Do not hit cage-style or dimpled balls (regulation leather baseballs only)
- Do not store the bat in cars, garages, or areas exposed to heat or weather
- Do not knock dirt from cleats with the bat
- Do not sand, modify, or alter the handle in any way
- Do not throw the bat
Coverage & Limitations
- Coverage period: 60 days from original purchase date
- Limit: One (1) replacement per purchase
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Bat must be purchased new and retail from Mine Baseball or an authorized dealer
- Proof of purchase is required
- Limited/Special editions may be excluded
Exclusive Remedy: The sole remedy provided under this warranty is repair or replacement. No refunds. Liability limited to original purchase price.
Replacement Claim Procedure
If your Mine Baseball bat experiences breakage within 60 days of purchase and was used in accordance with the Hitting Guidelines, you may submit a warranty claim for review.
How to Submit a Claim:
- Send email to bats@minebaseball.com
- Upload up to three (3) clear photos showing the damaged area and proper hitting orientation
- Include proof of purchase and a detailed description of how the damage occurred
Note: Decisions are final and binding. Please allow several weeks for review. You may be asked to ship the bat for inspection at your expense.
