At Mine Baseball, every bat is built with precision, consistency, and performance in mind. We take the same approach with shipping and fulfillment to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
ORDER PROCESSING
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom Pro Wood orders may require additional production time depending on customization requests, model selection, and finish options.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and shipping speed selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Available upon request
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or carrier delays.
CUSTOM & TEAM ORDERS
Team orders, bulk orders, and fully customized bats may have extended lead times.
Production timelines for custom orders will be communicated before fulfillment.
If you need bats by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Mine Baseball is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a resolution.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Mine Baseball is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available depending on location.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
