My wife bought me this bat as a Christmas present. I just finished playing college ball and I’ve swung a lot of wood bats during my time playing baseball but this was the very first wood bat I have ever cracked during soft toss. This was probably my 3rd time using the bat and I capped a ball and it split the bat pretty good. Now, I know capping a baseball can do that to you but this was a soft toss pitch and I cant imagine at a speed like that any ball should crack a good wood bat. Especially one that cost 245. I’ve had cheaper bats that were more durable than this one. Good looking bat but didn’t do the job.

This is a really great warranty experience that I can't get from other bat companies.I bought a natural wood bat that broke and got an upgrade warranty.
I sent a video of my son hitting a ball in the cage to Mine Baseball,
and they reassured me with additional explanations.
Of course, I paid extra to get the upgrade to premium painted bat,
I would mention it to Chris, who helped me through the process, was really professional and prompt in completing the warranty purchase.
The part where I was told that the additional amount paid for the upgrade would no longer be covered was a bit disappointing,
of course, they didn't 100% accept my request,
but I think there may be other people who think the same way,
so sending a complimentary gift for this part would be a good response to a good customer like me.
I could really feel that they were doing their best to satisfy the needs of their customers.
Of course, my son loves Mine Bat and will continue to use it.
