Free returns within 7 days as long as the bat is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging. If you would like to start a return, reply to the order confirmation email that you receive after purchasing your bat and let us know you would like to make a return.
All bats come with a one-time 6 month bat break warranty. If your bat breaks send an email to bats@minebaseball.com with the following information:
1. Picture of the broken bat with a close-up of the break and pictures of the barrel from all 4 sides.
2. Quick description of any details you can remember from what caused the bat break
3. Order number
4. Do you want the same bat as a replacement?
5. Do you want the bat shipped to the same address?
I was hooked from the first blem. No joke, when I bought my first blem from MINE I DM'ed them thinking they'd made a mistake. I thought they sent me a non-blem and I would've felt guilty keeping a full price bat for blem cost. Broke that first one in the cage after plenty of use(cage and games). Bought another blem as a replacement and it was love at first sight all over again. Sadly, I took one inside right above the hands in a game recently and broke that second one. I'm now on my 3rd blem, and unfortunately for Lance, I'm a full convert to ONLY BLEMS. Each "blem" MINE has sent me looked like there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It's a bit tricky because buying blems from MINE requires they have the correct length/drop in inventory, but if you're patient, you'll find exactly what you need. You also have to be open to the baseball gods sending you whatever, because you only pick your length & drop, and you don't pick your finish/turn, but who cares? They're all gorgeous and all perform just as well for less than half the price! I have been absolutely satisfied purchasing blems from MINE. This last one I took straight out of the box to a game and dropped one deep in LF. And FWIW, MINE bats sound like no other bat. The performance is top notch, but the sound is like no other. It almost sounds like you're chopping wood. I've got a few bats from the best brands and the only two I game with are my Baum and my MINE (BLEMS ONLY), and I only use the Baum as backup.

That's my 34" POWER (storm finish) next to my 33" Baum and me at the plate with my MINE blem this past weekend.
Just received the Power blem bat and would never know this was a blem bat. My son used the bat in his first wood bat tournament. The ball really jumps off the bat and sounds amazing on contact. My son loves the weight and feel of this bat when hitting. My only concern is the finish of the bat has a crack at the head of the bat. Considering buying a second blem bat for future wood bat tournaments. Excellent customer service to date.
Like everything about it. Will buy from again.
